We stand behind our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, ensuring that every firearm purchased from an authorized Sarsilmaz dealer is free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

What This Warranty Covers:

1. Manufacturing Defects:

–     Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

–     Faulty internal or external parts due to manufacturing errors.

2. Functionality Issues:

–     Firearm failures not caused by improper handling, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

–     Malfunctions due to factory-installed components.

3. Replacement & Repairs:

–     Sarsilmaz will repair or replace, at its discretion, any firearm found to be defective in material or workmanship.

–     If the exact model is no longer available, Sarsilmaz reserves the right to replace it with a similar firearm of equal value.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear of parts (e.g., barrels, recoil springs, magazines).
• Damage caused by improper maintenance, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• Damage resulting from the use of improper or reloaded ammunition.
• Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality.
• Loss or theft of the firearm.
• Any firearm purchased from an unauthorized dealer or private seller.

Tritium Components Warranty:

Sarsilmaz guarantees that the tritium components in the enclosed product were manufactured without defects in workmanship, materials, or mechanical function. For a period of five (5) years from the date of the original purchase, Sarsilmaz will address any defects in these components by repair, adjustment, or replacement at its sole discretion, using the same or comparable quality components.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact Sarsilmaz Customer Service with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before sending the firearm for service.
3. Ship the Firearm (unloaded) following all legal guidelines, with prepaid shipping, to the Sarsilmaz service center.
4. Sarsilmaz will inspect and repair the firearm, then return it at no charge if it qualifies under the warranty.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. Sarsilmaz reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility and will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is expressly limited and replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Sarsilmaz is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including personal injury, lost profits, or property damage. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply in all jurisdictions.
