I am now updating my previous review. Although I have yet to receive a response from customer service calls or emails…I have been able to speak with Felix in parts/service. He is awesome and very helpful thus far. I have sent my slide back for review by him. No resolution yet, but my stars are going back up with his service thus far. Bob Dunn
